How your details are handled

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Who is responsible

John van Lith, trading as Nexadventur, is responsible for the personal data you send through this website. Questions about this notice can be sent through the contact form or via LinkedIn.

What is collected

Only what you enter in the contact form:

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

Why it is used

Your details are used only to read and answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a possible engagement. They are not used for marketing and are never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and the legitimate interest in responding to people who make contact (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Where it is processed

This website is hosted by a hosting provider in Turkey. When you send the form, your message passes through that server and is delivered by email to John van Lith's mailbox. The form data is not stored in a database on the web server. Turkey is outside the European Economic Area; by sending the form you ask for your message to be transferred there for the sole purpose of delivering it.

Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google.

How long it is kept

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any engagement that follows, and are deleted within two years of the last contact unless a longer period is required by law, for example for invoicing records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data held about you, object to its use, or ask for a copy of it. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority; in the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
